Planning appeals
We run a discounted offer every month, most of our prices are flat fees with no hidden cost and NO VAT added.
Our starting fees for a non-complicated (straight forward) appeal case is £650.00
This fees cover site visit, policy review, review of all plans including the complete application package, all correspondences, review of case law and or precedents, the written appeal statement and administrative charges.
The fee is further reduced to £500 if you choose to submit the appeal to the Planning Inspectorate yourself
Planning Enforcement
We run a discounted offer every month, most of our prices are flat fees with no hidden cost and NO VAT added.
Our starting fees for a non-complicated enforcement appeal case is £1000.00
This fees cover site visit, policy review, a review of all plans, the complete application package, all correspondences, review of case law and or precedents, the written enforcement statement and administrative charges.

Planning applications

Note, a single storey extension can increase the value of your property up to £30,0000
Each planning application is priced differently
We charged £550 for a straight forward planning applications, the fees cover administrative services, the planning statement or Design and Access Statement only
The drawings are charged differently and the client pays the application fees to the Council in the case of a new planning application; in the case of a resubmission no application fees is charged if it done within 6 months.

Planning enquiry and advice services
Our prices are flat fees with no hidden cost and NO VAT added.
We charge £400 to conduct a planning enquiry with the Council regarding the best acceptable option for extending your property under permitted development or under planning application.
The fees include drawings, site visit and administrative charges. Note; the fee does not include the pre planning enquire fee to the Council
