Who Are We?
Town planning law advocates are dedicated team of planners who are expert in their individual fields. Our planners have over a decade of local authority planning experience and many years of private consultancy. They went from defending the Council to defending the rights of developers and clients like you. We are proud to mentioned that our planners have knowledge and experience in all areas of planning, from development management, planning policy to planning enforcement.

For the past decades and years, we have put smiles on our clients faces through winning appeal their cases or obtaining planning permission for their most needed projects.
Our success rate in planning appeals, enforcement case, and planning applications are higher than the projected rate by the Planning Inspectorate.
For instance, over the past two years alone we have prepared over 300 planning appeal cases, 20 planning enforcement cases and over 180 planning applications including certificates of lawfulness / prior approvals.
